Changing life-long patterns takes more than knowing what to do. It takes practice and repetition in a supportive environment. This six-month coaching circle begins with your day-to-day leadership challenges and provides guidance on how to lead with more power and presence, support for making lasting changes, and encouragement in a confidential circle of peers.
Why Group Coaching?
Leadership rarely develops in isolation.
A small coaching group gives you the opportunity not only to examine your own leadership, but to learn from how others approach similar challenges. You will hear perspectives you may not have considered, recognize patterns that are difficult to see on your own, and practice being both supported and challenged by people who are doing their own developmental work.
Over six months, the group also becomes something a one-time workshop cannot: a place to return with the messy reality of putting new practices into action.
What worked? What didn’t? Where did you lose your footing? What are you avoiding? What are you ready to try next?
The goal isn’t to become a different kind of leader. It is to become more fully the leader you already have the capacity to be: clear about what matters, grounded under pressure, able to protect what is important, and deeply connected without carrying what belongs to everyone else.
This coaching may be right for you if you are:
- an emerging leader or middle manager
- you want to increase your influence and presence but still feel like you are true to
who you are, and - you are willing to commit to self-reflection and experimentation in service of transforming your leadership presence
The Details
We will meet virtually on Zoom from January to June on the fourth Thursday from 6:00pm to 7:30 pm. The investment for the coaching circle is $900. If you wish to add an additional 1:1 coaching session with me to further support and deepen your work, I am offering 6 30-minute coaching sessions for an additional $1,875 or 6 60-minute coaching sessions for an additional $2,790.
