Helping leaders hold the tensions that define senior leadership.
Rebecca Gay, PhD, PCC is an executive coach and organizational consultant who helps senior leaders hold the tensions that define senior leadership—clarity and collaboration, accountability and trust, decisiveness and inclusion—so organizations can perform without losing what makes people want to follow. She works with organizations facing growth, change, and increasing complexity, where leaders must make difficult decisions, lead through uncertainty, and deliver results without sacrificing relationships.
Rebecca’s work sits at the intersection of leadership, organizational dynamics, negotiation, and adult development. Beginning her career as a mediator, she is steeped in the interest-based negotiation and difficult conversations frameworks developed through Harvard’s Program on Negotiation. Her approach helps leaders move beyond surface-level behavior change to shift the assumptions, patterns, and relational dynamics that shape how they lead, enabling them to navigate competing demands with greater clarity, steadiness, and influence when the stakes are high and the answers are not obvious.
Sustainable change, even under pressure.
Rebecca partners with organizations through executive coaching, leadership development, facilitation, and organizational climate assessments. Whether working with an individual executive, a leadership team, or an entire organization, Rebeccas methods are firmly rooted in time-tested theory, while also being highly applicable. Her warm and engaging style, along with her sense of humor, puts people and groups at ease which facilitates meaningful conversations about tough topics.
Evidence-Based Leadership Development
Rebecca is certified in the Leadership Circle Profile®, a widely respected leadership assessment designed to help leaders understand the relationship between their internal assumptions and their external leadership effectiveness.
The assessment supports leaders in developing the creative competencies that drive stronger leadership performance and organizational impact.

What Leaders Experience
When what has worked is no longer enough.
Let’s evolve your leadership
Every leader and organization reaches an inflection point – where what worked starts to fall short. That’s not a bad thing. It’s a sign of growth.
