This immersive one-day, in-person workshop will equip you to lean into the strength and gifts of your empathetic leadership without having to soften, absorb, hedge, second-guess or become someone else. Throughout the day, you will develop four essential leadership capacities that allow effective, confident leadership to emerge naturally – and that you can return to long after the workshop ends. Through a combination of reflection, discussion, embodied practice, coaching and real-world application you will return to work and life with increased clarity, renewed purpose, and healthy boundaries that protect what’s most important, all without sacrificing your relationships.
The day is structured around four embodied practices:
- Clarifying what is true for you and reconnecting with your purpose, values and intentions before reacting to external pressure
- Staying present under pressure and learning embodied practices to help you remain calm, responsive and thoughtful when emotions run high
- Protecting what matters most and developing the capacity to set boundaries, make decisions and communicate difficult messages without unnecessary defensiveness or guilt
- Carrying only what belongs to you and differentiating your responsibilities from the emotions, reactions and choices of others.

This is a carefully curated small, inaugural group designed to allow for meaningful
discussion, individualized coaching, and embodied practice. Offered at $200, it is priced
below the future rate as I refine the experience before offering it more broadly. Your
feedback and insights will help shape future offerings.
